Terms of Service

Co-Met Network ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Co-Met Network mobile application and the website located at https://co-metnetwork.com (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

To use the Service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from doing so under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited by law.
• One Account: You may only maintain one (1) account on the Service. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Service for any violation of these Terms.

To access the mining features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

Account Information

• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change by contacting us at contact@co-metnetwork.com.
• You may register using a valid Google or Facebook OAuth account. Your authentication credentials are governed by those third-party providers.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account login with any other person or entity.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• You must immediately notify us at contact@co-metnetwork.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Co-Met Network reserves the right to suspend any account where we have reason to believe a security breach or unauthorized access has occurred.

One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or any other method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and the cancellation of all COMET balances.

Co-Met Network provides you with access to a mobile-based cryptocurrency mining platform that allows you to earn COMET tokens by engaging in daily mining sessions. The Service currently includes:

• Mining Feature: One-tap 24-hour mining sessions that credit COMET to your in-app balance.
• Referral System: The ability to invite other users to join your mining team and increase your mining rate.
• News Feed: Curated cryptocurrency and Co-Met Network news delivered within the app.
• Games: Play-to-earn games integrated into the Co-Met ecosystem for additional engagement.
• Website: Informational content, whitepaper, terms, and resources at co-metnetwork.com.

Service Availability

We cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance and upgrades
• Technical failures outside of our control
• Network outages or third-party service disruptions
• Regulatory or legal requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as possible in the event of any outage. Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to any compensation or claim against Co-Met Network.

Your participation in COMET mining is subject to the following specific rules and policies:

Nature of COMET

COMET is a utility token earned through participation in the Co-Met Network ecosystem. It is not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. Co-Met Network makes no representations regarding the future value or exchangeability of COMET.

Mining Eligibility

• Only verified, single accounts held by real human users are eligible to mine COMET.
• Mining sessions must be initiated manually by the user once every 24 hours.
• Automated scripts, bots, or any programmatic tools used to simulate user activity are strictly prohibited.

Token Transfers & Sales

• You may not sell, trade, or transfer COMET to other users or for fiat/cryptocurrency until Co-Met Network officially announces withdrawal and exchange support.
• You may not transfer your account or associated COMET balance to any other individual or entity without our prior written approval.
• Any unapproved COMET transactions conducted outside the official platform are void and unrecognized by Co-Met Network.

Balance Integrity

Your COMET balance is stored on Co-Met Network's servers and is subject to audit and correction at any time if discrepancies are detected due to fraud, technical errors, or policy violations. Co-Met Network reserves the right to adjust, freeze, or cancel any balance found to have been obtained through prohibited means.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the Service. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account termination, COMET balance cancellation, and potential legal action:

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service, including authentication data from Google or Facebook OAuth.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
• All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
• You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting contact@co-metnetwork.com.
• We may share data with trusted service providers strictly for operating and improving the Service.

You undertake that all personal information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes.

The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of Co-Met Network and its licensors.

• The Co-Met Network name, logo, and "COMET" mark are trademarks of Co-Met Network. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
• The mobile application source code, algorithms, and backend infrastructure are proprietary to Co-Met Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• All content published on co-metnetwork.com, including the whitepaper, FAQs, and marketing materials, is owned by Co-Met Network.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

Your Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Co-Met Network, its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any dispute between you and another user of the Service

Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Co-Met Network provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• Guarantees regarding the future value, exchangeability, or liquidity of COMET

In no event shall Co-Met Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Co-Met Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity on your account
• Technical or operational necessity

Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any violation of these Terms:

• Your entire COMET balance — including any previously mined or transferred COMET — will be permanently cancelled with no compensation.
• You will lose access to the Service immediately and may not re-register without our written permission.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including liability, intellectual property, and disclaimer sections.

Voluntary Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@co-metnetwork.com with your account email address, sign-in method, and a screenshot of your profile page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Co-Met Network has no control over the content or availability of those external resources and:

• Does not endorse any third-party website, product, or service linked from the Service.
• Is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any external website.
• Accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from your use of any linked external resource.
• Is not responsible for any transactions you conduct with third parties accessed through the Service.

You acknowledge that your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms and policies.

Neither you nor Co-Met Network shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or pandemics
• Government actions, regulations, embargoes, or sanctions
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or national emergencies
• Internet outages, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks
• Power failures or failures of third-party infrastructure providers
• Actions or inactions of other internet service providers or networks

The affected party shall notify the other as soon as practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as the force majeure event has ceased.

By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from Co-Met Network. These may include:

• Service Notifications: Updates about your account, mining activity, and security alerts.
• Product Updates: Announcements about new features, halving events, and platform changes.
• Legal Notices: Important updates to these Terms, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents.
• Marketing Communications: Promotional content, if you have opted in to receive such communications.

All communications will be sent to the email address or contact information associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Communications are deemed received upon transmission by us unless we receive notice that the contact details are invalid.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by contacting us at contact@co-metnetwork.com.

Not a Securities Offering

Nothing in these Terms, the whitepaper, or any communication from Co-Met Network constitutes an offer or solicitation to sell shares, securities, or any financial instrument. COMET is a utility token and is not intended to be classified as a security in any jurisdiction.

No Guarantee of Value

Co-Met Network makes no representations or warranties regarding the future monetary value, exchangeability, or market liquidity of COMET. The token may have zero monetary value at any point in the future. You mine COMET at your own discretion and risk.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction before making any decisions based on information from the Service.

Gamification Disclaimer

Certain premium in-app features are provided for gamification purposes only and carry no guarantee of financial return or added monetary value to your COMET balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@co-metnetwork.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Co-Met Network on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class or representative action.
• Violations: Violation of any of these Terms will result in the immediate invalidation of your account and the permanent cancellation of your full COMET balance. Co-Met Network and its developers shall bear no liability in such cases.

Co-Met Network reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify users via an in-app notification and/or email where required by law
• Provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect where feasible

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
